We ship products via our courier partners i.e., Professional Courier, ST Courier, FedEX, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, and any other courier partner we may have tie up with. User do not have control on the courier partner we select which may vary on every order.
The order will be shipped either on the same day or next day. There maybe some exceptions and user shall cancel the order whenever they require and get the full refund.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation: If you'd like to cancel an order, you shall able to cancel it before it is picked up. Request for cancellations of orders after pickup shall not be entertained.
Return: You will have 7 days from the date of delivery of the product in case you'd like to return a product. If you would to return a product, please do the following steps-
You can request for return by visiting the order history page, select the required order and click on the return options and proceed with the instructions provided.
Refund & Replacement: Once we received back the returned item, we shall either issue refund or send replacement based on your requirement. You will have the option to select this option while initiating a return process.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by our site for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any other case then our site is not liable to pay / refund any amount more than value of the order placed.
